1. Bee Happy Canada complies with all laws stipulated for the protection of consumers.
2. If the deposit is not completed within 7 days after placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled.
3. If you want to cancel after filling out the order form, you can cancel the order directly from the online mall My Page. If you have already sent money, we will refund you.
(However, if the product you ordered has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.)
4. If there is a problem with the product or the product is different from the product you ordered, If you contact us within 7 days of receipt, we will process 100% exchange or refund.
All costs incurred for this will be borne by Via Pic Canada.
5. There is no defect in the product, but if you change your mind and want to exchange or refund for another product, if you contact us within 3 days of receipt, we will process it.
However, please understand that the return cost (round-trip shipping fee) must be borne by the customer.
(However, products that have already been opened cannot be exchanged or refunded if there are no defects)
